We want you to love every cup. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Cancellations Subscriptions can be canceled at any time up to 3 days before your next scheduled shipment. Cancellations requested within 3 days of the next shipment date will take effect the following billing cycle.

Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, please contact us at hello@mitchellscoffee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

All Sales Final on Processed Orders Because our coffee is freshly roasted and shipped to order, we're unable to accept returns on delivered shipments. If you're unhappy with your roast selection, reach out and we'll do our best to find something you'll love.
