Brazil anchors the cup with dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and caramel sweetness on a creamy, low-acid body. Nicaragua layers in cocoa, a flicker of citrus, and a subtle floral lift that keeps it from going flat. Sumatra pulls everything earthward at the finish — herbal, spicy, and grounding. Together they produce an espresso that is bold without being one-dimensional, and smooth enough to drink straight or hold its own through milk.
A note on grind: This blend is available pre-ground for drip, French press, and pour-over — not for espresso machines, which require a very fine grind best achieved just before brewing. If you're pulling shots, we strongly recommend ordering whole bean and grinding fresh. Your espresso machine will thank you.
